Discover the techniques to unlock the secrets behind better posture
Let’s face it we all have issues with posture. Computers, video games, TV long commutes we’re all reverting back to a fetal position and let’s just say gravity may not be that kind to us. What’s true for you is also true for your clients.
This workshop is all about assessing ten major components of posture. You’ll learn how to perform a complete posture assessment, prescribe corrective stretches and strengthening exercises and how to develop your own posture perfect program.
You only need to bring your crooked body and a good sense of humor as we will be assessing each others posture. No need to worry, there won’t be a perfect body amongst us but you will leave the session knowing how to straighten yourself out and your clients.
