<p>This total body suspension unit is one of the best tools out there to work your whole body.  It was developed by the Navy Seals as part of their physical fitness program.  You will learn how to set-up the TRX, safety considerations and injury prevention.  Be taught full body exercises using the suspension unit along with regressions and progressions.</p>
<p>Bring a towel, water and workout clothes.</p>
