Principles of Advanced Program Design
This course bridges the gap between the BCRPA Weight Training course and the BCRPA Personal Training course. It does so by advancing your knowledge of how to design programs for a more intermediate to advanced clientele. Topics such as periodization training, building heart rate training programs and advanced systems of training are all covered in this course.
There are many case studies for you to apply what you learn and by the end of the course you will know how to build a variety of advanced level programs.
