Your Fitness Education Starts Here With The Fitness Theory Course

fitnesstheoryThis course is your first step towards becoming a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Aquafic or Third-Age instructor. Class sizes are kept small and intimitate to give you the best learning environment possible.

You’re taught exclusively by Master Trainer Donna Hutchinson who will take you through a highly interactive and student centered foundational course.

Your education begins with a comprehensive study of anatomy and physiology. Followed by the principles of program design, adult learning and nutrition.

Your Course Include;

  • Small group size to facilitate optimal learning – max 8 people
  • Assignments and quizzes to assist you in understanding all the material
  • Comprehensive Fitness Resource Manual
  • Full color charts of the anatomy of the body, heart and skeleton
  • We host your fitness theory exam for you

  • 1hr one-on-one career coaching including resume building, cover letter, job placement
  • 1hr private tutoring to help you with your course

Classes are interactive so you won’t sit through any boring lectures. That’s because Donna is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and an internationally sought after fitness presenter. She knows how to keep students and audiences engaged.
