Before and After Hiring a Coach

First Steps Business Consultation

Once upon a time I was a new trainer just like you. I dreamed of owning my own business and being my own boss. Working flexible hours and enjoying an active lifestyle. I had big dreams and I would have gotten there a lot sooner had I known what starting a business was really all about. I struggled, stumbled and staggered my way through the first two years and almost quit the business because I was exhausted and broke.

My final decision before packing it all in was to ask for help. It was clear I didn’t know what I was doing. I hired a business coach to help salvage my business and my sanity. With the assistance of my coach, things started to turn around quickly. I learned a lot about what I was doing wrong and what improvements I needed to make. It wasn’t easy but once I understood what needed to be done things started to improve.

I look back on that time almost fifteen years ago and think about all those sleepness nights being worried, frustrated and scared. The simple answer was not to be afraid of asking for help and getting an expert opinion.

Now, all these years later I’m a business coach and work with new trainers just like you to take your first steps in starting  a personal training business. I’m eager to share my knowledge, expertise, hard-knocks and lessons learned with you. I’ll help you learn the steps to starting a personal training business and make your dream of owning your own business a reality.
