Books may be returned with seven days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping and taxes. All materials need to reach the office and be in good condition for a refund to be granted. Refunds take thirty days to process.

Distance Education Courses

There are no refunds for E-version distance education courses. Paper copies of distance education courses may be returned within seven days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping and taxes provided the course material is in good condition. Refunds will be processed within thirty days.

Refund Terms

We have every confidence that you will enjoy our course and workshop offerings however, if you should find yourself in a situation where you have to cancel your registration here are the terms you should be aware of.

Review the following conditions before registering for participation in a workshop, or private instruction, consulting or distance education service.

The Ultimate Personal Training Course

A non-refundable $500 plus hst deposit is taken upon booking of your first class. Once the first class has begun there are no refunds or partial refunds for the course.

Workshops

• 10 days prior to the workshop date – refund less a $55 administration fee7 days prior to the workshop date – no refunds

  No refunds for no-shows or partially used registrations.

  A full refund will be issued should a workshop be cancelled.

  In case of illness or emergency, a workshop credit will be issued.

  You may transfer your registration to someone else at no charge.

Business Coaching

There are no refunds for business coaching.

NSF Cheques

We understand that sometimes this can happen to the best of us however non-sufficient fund cheques will be subject to bank charges plus an additional $35.00 administration fee.

PAR-Q Forms

Upon arrival to activity based workshop you will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. We want to ensure that it is safe for you to take part in any of our practical sessions.
